Databarracks allows businesses to not only backup a huge array of server operating systems and applications across Windows, Linux, unix and Novell platforms; but also allows very fast restoration of key servers or entire domains of server groups into our Virtual Disaster Recovery platform. VDR (Virtual Disaster Recvoery) allows a company's users to access virtual copies of thier applications of servers through a hosted Citrix and VMWare copy of thier infrastructure avilable from the last backup. This vastly reduces both the Recovery Time obojectives and costs associated with IT business continuity.
Databarracks also offer a variety of secure hosting and replication services including Physical to Virtual (p2v), Physical to Physical (p2p), and Virtual to Virtual (v2v) from our Tier4 ex-Nato data centre.
What unique selling points do you offer?
Service is key to everything we do. It is relatively easy to implement a backup solution over the internet these days, what is really the key challange is to understand your customers requirements and ensure that thier business requirements for recovery are able to be met. This stems from testing and understanding the bespoke recovery requirements for a wide variety of business aplplications.

We offer managed backup, virtual disater recovery, replication, secure failover hosting, DR workspace and consultancy services to companies globally and also to backup service providers.
Describe your target market?
We service thousands of companies globally from large Fortune and FTSE companies through to companies with multiple global sites or smaller companies whose data is of ultra-importance. We specialise in complex enterprise enviroments where there are challenges with systems like SCO, HP-UX, AIX, AS400, Oracle, DB2 aswell as standard Windows enviromets both physical and virtual.
How is your company planning for the future?
Databarracks have been operating for over six years this year. In that time we have been at the fore-fromt of new technologies for IT Business Continuity, pioneering products such as Virtual Disater Recovery and Hosted Replication Services. In the coming years Databarracks will b focusing on products and services that aline us with our customwers requirements and focus on making enterprise IT recovery services avilable to companies no matter what thier IT budgets.

We offer support without charge 24/7/365 on the phone, remotely or on-site, with Service Level Agreements which are tailored for our customers needs rather than our own.
