M4 Systems’ FlexSaaS is a new subscription-based service – offering you the very latest Microsoft business software, but at an affordable, convenient monthly payment with limited tie-in and maximum flexibility. Unlike our competitors, this is not a multi-tenancy model where your software is placed on a server shared by many others – applications are run on dedicated virtual machines to maintain data integrity and optimal running performance.

FlexSaaS delivers advanced IT capability to small and medium sized businesses. We have proven expertise in hosting, configuring and supporting Microsoft business solutions across many sectors, including financial services, distribution, education, not for profit, utilities, IT/telecoms as well as membership-based or project oriented organisations. Blue chip customers include Co-op, London Stock Exchange, Edmiston and Wiltshire College.
How is your company planning for the future?
M4 Systems will continue to make significant investments in its FlexSaaS resource, providing customers with maximum choice, access to the very latest technology and to our in-house resources. This includes knowledgeable sales staff, experienced consultants, seasoned project managers, multi-skilled IT support personnel, a dedicated team of .Net developers and close ties with senior Microsoft experts and other partners.

How do you support your customers?
Our support covers unlimited incidents where these are logged via our customer portal and tracked and escalated in our CRM system. There is no long contract period – 3 months is our sign-up period. If you’re not happy, we’ll help you migrate to another solution/partner. However, we are supremely confident that you’ll have no reason to do so. We offer a free 30 day trial period – so no financial risk and a chance to prove the solution with key users and decision-makers before you buy.
