Our online backup service encrypts your data before it leaves your server, the data stays encrypted when stored on our servers. If you are required to perform a restore the data is copied back to your server and then decrypted, this ensures the highest level of security is maintained at all times.
Online data backup provides a simple, automated yet secure method to protect your critical business data. With our online service you can store documents, spreadsheets, presentations or emails in your backup schedule or you can backup up an entire exchange server or SQL database. The software is very flexible, backups can either backup at folder level or you can select individual files.

Our main service is our managed backup and disaster recovery which we offer to small to medium size businesses and to other online backup providers. We also offer IT support, broadband, virtual servers, dedicated servers and VOIP solutions.

We service companies of all sizes but our main target area are small and medium size businesses. The SMB sector benefit the most from our proactive approach to reducing costs.
How is your company planning for the future?
We continually look into new technology which can benefit our clients. Most of our clients by their own admission dont have time to spend on looking at new technology, we keep them up to date and help them reduce costs.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
We dont fit our clients into one of our packages, we create a package for each client by working with them to understand their exact requirement. We offer peace of mind that their data is secure and available when required. In most cases we can save a company more money than the cost of our backup service by looking at their current setup and recommending ways to reduce cost while maintaining or improving IT efficiency.
How do you support your customers?
We are available 24/7, each client gets a direct contact number and email address for their account manager. We monitor the backups so will alert the client of any issues before they are aware of it. For our larger clients who have their own IT department we have a dedicated contact point who we work with. We are always on hand for any IT queries that our clients may have.
